spear/wand a good idea for solo ?

hey guys i try out some solo builds atm and this one is a bit out of meta so i ask if thats a good idea, i see the cons and pro s in this weapon combo, mutch more dmg but less sustain, the big question is, do i have enought mana reg life recover at the end ? can i do the most content / stuff solo or is it better to change, any tips ?

Anything with wand drains a lot of mana. Add that with spear... good luck.
