Torture chamber codex 4 blood vials

Hi all. Spent a good 3 hours with a solid group trying to finish the codex for having 4 blood vials up when boss dies.
We tried everything. One fills up from the spin and another one from dodging.
But no matter what we tried the other 3 blood vials did not fill.

We tried dodging everything/not dodging everything
Stack spin spread spin
Dash no dodge or dash all dodge
Machine gun and arrow tank vs run

No matter what we cannot get more then 2 blood vials lit.

I thought the spin does 3 but super confused as nothing we seemed to do worked.

We successfully guessed the zombies 3 phases in a row which helps but still cant finish the fight at 10% because we cannot get the vials all lit.

Thecnically speaking this achievement should be done with some work, because you have 5 tanks and you need specifically to take only one blood tank at time for the zombies... leaving 4 full for the achievement.

It should be done when you "take too much time" and then all the tanks gradually get full till they are all 5 but this mean that you'll have to risk a lot in the process.

The dimensional trials? Which tier, straight from 1 or from 2+?

tier 1 is just the same as 2 star i believe
as soon as u hit tier 2 it changes the blood vial mech so theres way more of them and you actually have to grab them during the fight. So if you do alot of high tier of this you will probably get it. But if you hit 5 fill vials you wipe.

Somewhat. The part im struggling with right now is after the blood spin like 3 tanks are lit so you really gotta start getting some but also right after that is a dash where 3 people HAVE TO dodge to save a guy. And after that more blood vials are lit.
