How to turn off Friendly target in action mode?

In action mode i can't heal my self as a Templar if some guildmate or party member is in front of me cuz with mouseover ill heal him... i need to turn off that like with a controller where u can go in the second page of the menu and turn off the voice (Friendly Target)

Until the issue is resolved, keybind your heals to self target.

The problem is that you are healing someone else while the target is on someone, and setting yourself a target does nothing.
