Auto target not working durring conflict night or war

Hello, im rather new to the PC. Came from Xbox. Evolved. Now here =P

I have the auto target neartest when i use a skill working great everywhere...except...night time pvp or war boss and interserver wars. It works in Arenas pvp, Guild hall and all other pve activities great.

I have reset all settings (Supposedly) It always still remembers my target settings. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled TnL and deleted the local info from AppData.

Under targeting tab i have "Auto target nearest enemy when Attacking without a target" checked and only have checks in Feud Players and Hostile Players. Both sections top and bottom.

If its a feature not in the game now id love to know. Thinking something is broken with no way to tell sucks.
