This is why the P2W comes in handy, switching defenses and offenses costs $ or time. For F2P it takes around 2 weeks to readjust, for p2w just take a day.
I do enjoy PvE here. It is relaxing and not complex. I'm f2p so it is pretty much a "mandatory" thing.
PvP has been getting to me lately, and yes, it is dissatisfying. The world bosses are dropping garbage lucent-wise, and every time I get into conflict, it is spam with spears.
Although military history spears were one of the most common weapons during the time period but yes..., I can't wait for T2.
You can Q block xbows btw, that is why it was an outdated mech after the first month because players will either get enough endurance and defenses to be able to Q block without dying in 2-3s.
Spear just 2-3s, that is why you see it predominantly used in Sieges. Spear also melts tanks with 25k because most of them are endurance builds.
A Crossbow dagger user has to be inside the enemy formation, Spear dagger can be outside.
I don't know with T2 but as I can tell from the pictures Crossbow/Dagger will be meta again, because of GEAR.
In T1 Spear/Dagger reign supreme in all servers. In T2 this value change, but not as huge as we see in T1. (Because of gear).

Main damage output of a skill set?
Most Spear Dagger players engage by " building " stacks, wait for groups to stack, and then diving in. It is so easy to get kills this way. I don't know about your server in general but that is what I experience in not one but 2 PVP guilds.
