Only healded 5k in 3 min arena as 4300 CP healer
Something isn't working right... yet healing needs nerfed in arena?

Did all my heals land for 20 hp or something... my AOE heals and regens?

I mean I at least healed myself once from 20 percent health to full with 17k max health...

^^^ This. I noticed there's a -30% Healing debuff that appears in arena and one of my friends said there's a -30% Healing received as well?? Also, Max HP is lowered too. Healing got a HUGE nerf it seems. I didn't see that in the patch notes.
