Scout - Build

A few people have asked me what build I am using when practising using the destructible dummy. I made a video a few days ago but have upgraded my ring and a few traits since.

Netherbow + Stormbringer (18.44m, 18m with ring) - 28-62-30-34-10

I am still levelling my skills and mastery, I have 3442 CP at this time.
There will be some item and stat changes eventually 70 dex.

In raids I use Mother Natures Protest as an execute (~10% or less).

Phantom Wold Gloves. with Evade, Evade, Attack Speed traits.
Get items with bonus evade or defense, 3 stat items, dex ideally.

Heavy attack rune - red, Mana efficiency rune - yellow.

You should aim for 880 hit, 1400 crit as a stat (ignoring passives).
For PvE 800-1000 evade (all 3), is enough to not get hit much.

Note that the passive becomes less effective the higher your evade.
In order to proc the effect (10% chance) you need to be hit.

Once you have end game stats, focus on wisdom after 70 dex.
Attack speed, cooldowns, crit, max damage, mana regen.

Also note that min damage is less effective when you have 95-98% crit chance (max).
