Needs Improvement looking out into 2025
Some simple things that will go along way:

1. Can we please get a rotation for the Queen and any other raid boss that starts after 8pm or 9pm est? Maybe every other week you do something for folks with families, or make them something that a guild can kick off once a week. For those in central time zone 5pm is dinner with the family.

2. For a PVP Centrist game the structure really sucks. Boonstones I would try having a finder based on average attendance so that smaller guilds can battle each other while larger guilds get paired up against each other. What happens now is most guild don't even try if they can't post close to max. It isn't about skill, we are literally getting zerged. You have to spend some time to think of ways that pair up a fair battle for it to be intense; otherwise it is feast of famine that goes for Bosses and Events. For defense you shouldn't allow the attacking guild in the boonstone base at the start. Take who ever came up with that and fire them. Kowazon(sp?) has four stratgeic entrances making it great for lower guilds that can get that boonstone. But all that goes out the window because you let the challenge into the area prior to the fight. It is a numbers check. If you are down 5+ you lose. If you won the stone you should have the advantage of setting defense at the start of the event.

3. Dimensional trials should have mech introduced over longer levels. The ramp from 1-3 is immense but from 5-max is minimal. The game lost players right there. POE2 has a good ramp but has better game play. You might take the first 5-8 levels and introduce the mechanics. For example carmine slowly increase the stun till it is full timer from chain and damage. At 10 you are full scale and the rest is adding minor things. This week for DT's to grind out 1's is a pita because Torture and Carmine are the two most hated for the casuals (Not hard but hated). Also level 1 dimensionals should have an auto queue feature and not be up for the party board. Don't world of warcraft the 7 weekly farm groups. This should be an easy one to do, if i am okay auto rolling a group for T2 dungeons i should be okay auto rolling a group for level 1 dimensional trials. Today you have dolts posting for lvl 1 they want 4200 gear score, those groups don't fill ( taking folks out of the pool). People inspecting weapons I want Queen spear sorry for a lvl 1. I am 4100 run a ton of them we don't need anything higher than T2 Dung gear score requirements lets go I got ♥♥♥♥ to do.

4. Healing in PVP Is a ♥♥♥♥ show. Targeting is dorked up there needs to cusor over target healing options. In a group I should be able to prioritize the members of the group with a number that relates to a hotkey target. If i want tanks as 1 at all times then i should be able to set that. Otherwise you have to change things around based on the group make up. If i play with guildies and I have a great DPS that i want to enhance even more, i should be able to always set that person as 2, then have a target 2 key bound so i can quick buff. it allows healers to focus on dodge rolling the pvp. It should almost be a macro like other games have so that i change a couple line of text vs menus and guis.

5. There is no way your loot random rolls is working properly and it should be fixed. For example on runes I am getting duplicates quite a bit if i roll 50 boxes with a click of a button. I get 0 repeats if i do them individually. For example blue lvl 40 rune (60 max) you might get 2 or 3 of the same exact one, but if you did them individually you wouldn't see that.

6. Rerolling a trait on one item (if you have 2 in your inventory) will delete the second item. Say i have two etched al rings from crafting. If i reroll the traits on the first one the second one gets deleted from my inventory 100% of the time. Also rerolling a trait would be nice if the trait i didn't want wasn't in the pool for that reroll. I get the whole pay to win structure but that seems simple. I reroll mana regen just to get mana regen. Great, in American people lose interest.

What does it mean when someone is "saying a lot, yet saying nothing at all"?

It means they're talking too much but not saying anything. Using many words without giving you any information. It's how politicians talk. All of them.

You solutions will not save the game, T&L needs other changes, but they will not do anything because they dont have experts, ncsoft lost years ago all the good devs and experts, they left the company
