Combat power drop after new update.

It's ridiculous that my combat power dropped just because you changed weapon mastery. I had 4350, now I have 4120 - I thought that if I distribute points my CP would return to normal, but no, because someone had to fuc... it up. What was the purpose of such a change and lowering CP? I think the developers are not serious to do something like that...
