Auction House Sellable items

The other day I sold a Quality Laslan-Style Fish Stew on the Auction house.. I figured I could continue to make Lucent by doing that. Now that same stew is not allowed to be sold nor is any of the other Rare Mushroom, Rare Kastler or any cooked item.

It looks like the only thing I can sell for now is a couple of gemstones. Is there a timer on when, how many or what can be sold or some other mechanic preventing items from being marketable over and over?

only great success

You can only sell items that you have made that were "great success". Not all of your crafted items will be great success. The screen after crafting items will tell you if any of those were great success.
