Try add it, and go check your task manager. But was a good try, because alot games use that method.

Dword is always 32 Bits
Qword is the 64 bits
In this case is the Dword you need. 32 Bits
Probly some people just stop having some type of stutterings, or the game is just more fluid, on the movement.
The intention of this isn't to do some type of miracles that some certains players need, but helps a bit, on overall performance of the game.
This method is the same thing when you change the priority on any process on your windows computer, but on this case Throne and Liberty blocks and denies when u try to change it, by the habitual method through Task Manager - Processes Details - Set Priority.
