Want a proper Weapon Swap, make the weapon swap change the skill loadout depending on the weapon, like Guild Wars 2 does.
100% on point. W/O the game is not worth a dime
And that is that you could use both blocking abilities.
So always the blocking ability, depending on which weapon you switch to.
Why do you have to choose between one blocking ability when you could use both by changing weapons in battle? that's a stupid decision
I'm playing SnS/Wand, if I switch to wand, I have the ranged attack for easier pulling, but I do not have the shieldblock or other bonuses from SnS.
When you use the spell from a weapon you do not have currently equipped, you switch to that spell's weapon for a duration of the spell casting, and then you auto-switch to the current one. So the weapon's stats apply to that weapon's spells.
lets take an example. bow/dagger build using Shadow escape with teleport skill.
Shooting from a distance with bow as main weapon, then using shadow escape to teleport and use melee skills and then instant teleport back again to use bow skills.
question is would I switch to daggers in mainhand before using shadowstep and executing the dagger skills?
Best thing to do is just use the Main Hand that has defenses and other passives. Then load your offhand with pure DPS.
Now its only for autoattack
