How pay to win is this game?

Been dying to play a new mmo but heard its p2w.

I didn't think that i would one day see anyone pretend that a game made by NCsoft is not pay to win...
Every previous MMO they ever made was P2W but some people are trying to make us belive that when NCsoft team up with a company like Amazon they wont make the game P2W?

It's as if all these people never played any of their previous game.

Same as new world, Lost Ark... its behind a paywall i think, to get more ressources from store, when you done this day/week. If you pay yet you can some days before others can play pvp. So its not p2w?!

Almost all MMORPG are "P2W" these days, as in you can pay for things that help in the game, not just cosmetics. Even the classics like WoW sell gold for real money. Some people have a lot of time to dedicate to the game, some people work 60 hours a week and have a lot of money. Some people have neither, and they cry about it.

New World is propably the only MMO i can name where you can not pay2win for ingame currency and i played all MMOs released in the past 20 years.

(edit: WoW Classic Re-release in 2019 also had no gold buying for like 3 years or so, but they added gold token later)

Pay to skip grind that is made excessively more grindy to bait you in to paying is even worse.

Keep moving those goal posts. ANYTHING outside a cosmetic is p2w. Whether it is an item with stats, XP booster, larger bags, tools that never break, ALL of those are p2w. Korean games are a cancerous plague on the gaming industry
