Loop Login Screen Problem - Character Unable to Enter Server

I'm starting this thread to discuss a technical issue many players, including myself, have been experiencing recently: the "Loop Login Screen Problem." This problem occurs when a character gets stuck during the login process, making it impossible to enter the game world with that character. Interestingly, creating a new character allows for successful login, suggesting that the issue is specific to certain characters.

Problem Description:
When attempting to log in with a specific character, the game appears to get stuck in an infinite loading loop. This issue does not affect all characters, as creating a new character and logging in with it works perfectly fine. The problematic character, however, seems to be unable to initiate correctly into the server.

Possible Causes:

Based on my observations and discussions with other players, it seems that the affected character may be:

Stuck in an inaccessible location or game state.
Experiencing an issue related to corrupted data or server desynchronization.
Impacted by certain environmental factors, such as getting stuck between objects or in a problematic spawn point.

Temporary Workarounds:
Creating a New Character: This allows access to the game, but it’s not a viable long-term solution, as players want to continue progressing with their original characters.

Character Reset: If the game offers any option to reset the character’s position or state through support, it might resolve the issue.

Server Reconnection Attempts: Reconnecting multiple times has helped in some instances, but the success rate varies significantly.

Call for Solutions:
Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a reliable workaround or solution? I’m curious if there’s a known fix that doesn’t require creating a new character or losing progress. Sharing logs or steps to reproduce the issue could be beneficial for the development team to identify the root cause.

I’ve submitted a support ticket with my character’s details and will update this thread if I receive any solutions from the support team.

yep main char cant log in, if I make a second char the second char can log in fine but still locked out of main.

I create another and later i have the same issue, both char cant log in

got the same issue. my main char with maximum gear cannot login, it's loading and doing nothing. but second char works fine, created a new char in a different region - again works fine. only the main char cannot login. i oepened a ticket and for all the replies that they sent, nothing fixed my issue
