It won't let me pick up the book either in the level 30 or level 40 dungeon, I see it but I can't interact with the book, can someone help me?

I did pick it up but it didn't finish the codex entry. Now i can't claim the codex and can't pick up the journal as already did. If you got any fix please let me know

I have the exact same issue. It will not allow me to pick up the journal in Roaring Temple. I just want this quest gone now.
