If you go wand staff you only have 2 heal abilities. Then 2 support abilities. This is the kind of ignorance you have to deal with as a support in this game, which is why I would heavily recommend nobody queueing up as support for coop dungeons.
If you do wand/bow I think it adds like another heal and support ability. But that still leaves you with lots of abilities and mana to do damage instead of playing as a healbot like this genius would have you do. He's not alone in being ignorant of how little healing there is available in this game. People like him will sit in boss AoEs and never block and die to boss mechanics and then scapegoat the healer for their own incompetence. It's so pitiful.
wand/staff does more damage and has endless mana regen.
wand/bow has more heals and a better toolkit for 3v3 arena in my opinion.
For content like AOE pulling and nuking mobs for contracts or gate of infinity both are fast and easy.
I got no problems with both but for a worse geared twink wand/staff is easier.
