Radeon = Bad Graphics and FPS
Let me start this off in a brief way to provide some feedback and comparison between nVidia and Radeon graphics. Feel free to provide your feedback below.

Epic Settings -- although High and even lower had same issues.

My desktop has a Radeon 6700xt and Alienware laptop GeForce 3070.
In other games the graphics are the same, but here, the Radeon is terrible. Other players have a pixelated opacity to them as well as the grass and environment.

The GeForce -- no problem at all, crystal clear and smooth.

I also hooked up the Alienware to my monitor and it was fine.

Radeon had terrible frame rates in towns in comparison as well.

Replaced Radeon with a 7800xt -- same issues.
Replaced Radeon with a 4070 Super on the desktop -- all problems went away.

Obviously, all drivers at latest version.

Any input here from the community? The devs have to be aware of this I would hope, and a fix coming soon?

I have a 7900XTX and everything seems to run really well. I use AMD settings sharpness filter to make the game more clear/less blurry, and I've also turned off FSR as it just seems awfully pixelated in this game. I recommend trying XeSS, I've found it far better than FSR.

i should mention that FSR on or off did not make a difference. I can try XeSS I suppose.

thanks for your valuable input. as stated, i have both. I am also not the only one with Radeon, so the purpose of this post was to gather input from the community. I'll keep your input in mind for future purchasing decisions.

7900 XTX, no issues here. Make sure to use the latest Radeon drives, as that is what I am using. FSR 2 helps with frame rate, but I suggest turning off all the HyperRX stuff as I find that causes more issues than it's trying to solve.

I was wrong, I noticed the card is not really boosting up high. Like maybe 2,000 when it should boost to up to 3,050.
Also not a high load on it.

It does keep the temperature down, but it should boost up to proper speeds.

I would check that, see what yours boost up to.

I'm using a 6700xt paired with a Ryzen 3700X and getting smooth 60fps using the AMD Adrenaline software. The game recommended the best gfx setting (epic?). I'm running at 1080p because my eyesight can't make out the difference between higher resolutions so there's no point in upgrading. The only special technologies I have enabled in Adrenaline are Freesync and AMD SmartAccess Memory.

Use Medium settings and Antisotropic x8(which I think is part of Medium anyway) and run windowed mode. Looks good and great performance. For some reason "windowed" is still fullscreen. At least for me

I'll have to check the speeds but still doesn't account for the poor grass textures even at Epic and 16x

It's cristal clear for me in 4k native, and still very good with fsr (with 0.9 sharpening) on the 6750xt, on linux, epic settings (only thing disabled is motion blur).

I have none of the issues you are talking about.
