Boss Spawn timers

Hello, im from Aus and i noticed with boss spawn timers they spawn roughly every 3-4 hours

from 3pm AEST - 3am AEST that gives a total of 5 spawn times.
This kinda of 12 hr gap where they dont spawn is a big issue for gamers like myself who wake up at 5pm, get ready for workand leave, get home at 1-2am. I have the option to do just 1 boss. the 3am one. which i miss half the time since ill being showering/preparing food.

when i do hop online to play at the super early hours of the morning of 3am-10am ish there is no boss content and still plenty of people who are online playing.

How am i to complete objective and such when the content i want to do is simply locked out due a time gate. please remove it and make the spawn times 3 hrs constant through the entire day.
