i killed 100s of crabs and only got 1 salt

the expiditions you send your stuffed animals on can be a solid source of salt. The battle pass shop has them, once you hit lv50 on the pass you accumulate the points needed to buy very fast. Took once day of battle pass completion to have several hundred.

the battle pass point shop also has picnic baskets that have food mats too.

Buy it from the battlepass/zenith star shop, its like 5 star crystal for 10 salt.

tried this ... they come back with 0-11 salts in an hour but it's more 0 than 11
3 time in a row now that they don't give any salt
i really don't understand why they made all cooking ingredient so rare and even those we can buy from merchants are limited WTF

omg THIS!!! I don't mind items being tricky to farm bc it's an mmo, but I've sent 5 one hour expeditions out and have gotten ZERO. When you don't get an item as basic as this for several hours, it's terrible design at that point (or just designed to get you to spend money out of frustration on the battle pass levels which is even worse). It says 0-9 for me right now but it's never 1, 2 or 3. It's either 0 or 8/9 after several hours.
