I hit lvl 50 what now? Im lost..

This game is difficult to understand and it doesn’t teach you on what to do when you hit lvl 50.

How do I know what’s the best build for PVE? PVP?

How do i get the right items for my build?

Im lvl 50 but I cant do lvl 50 dungeons because my gear power isn’t sufficient which makes no sense, so how do I increase it??

What are my daily’s?

What should I do to become stronger and improve in general?

Increase combat power by equipping better gear (blues and purples right now) and upgrading skills that you use in the hotbar.

At lvl 50 you just wanna farm dungeons for better gear and do contracts to level up weapons using water drops for waepon mastery.

So i farm lvl 20 dungeons? Cuz i can’t do lvl 50 dungeons as my gear power is only 1200

Believe it or not, the vast majority of fun I get from these games is figuring this stuff out for myself. If you follow a guide for everything in a game like this, your missing out. It's the journey, not the destination.

It should be said that a lot of the things your asking about do have guided tutorials that you would have to skip to miss. Like you're level 50 and you don't know how to upgrade your gear score? Every wonder what those items you get from almost every quest do?

My gear was 2k when i finished all the quests and upgraded the skills. Now that you are 50 it's just daily simulator and if you're lucky you can go in lvl 50 dungeon under 50min of search.

the game even gives you quests explaining how to upgrade armour/weapons. I'm currently almost 1600 at lvl36, but still trying to get my head around the trait system and how upgrading blue to purple with certain traits unlocks work.
For the Op, just do contracts for the books for armour/weapons and skill and max out your dungeon runs.

first quit your job is u have one, look at event timers, farm world bosses for loot, use loot for lithograph book to unlock better gear if needed. if u have a job, take a long break from the game intill more supplys are in the shop then p2w it.
