Go to your OS Drive in his case C Drive.
Locate User Folder > (username) Folder > Appdata Folder (if you don't see APPDATA Folder, make sure you check "show hidden files".
Once inside, you should see 3 Folders, LOCAL and ROAMING Folders are what we're after.
In LOCAL Folder delete NCSOFT FOLDER and TL FOLDER.
Then go back to ROAMING Folder and delete the EasyAntiCheat FOLDER.
For some reason when uninstalling the game, it did not remove these folder and if you had played Beta or early access version of this game, it retained some old files that the latest update may have ended up flagging. My friend is back to playing the game without any issues. Hope this method helps.
Guys, just open the local folder where the game is installed, delete the EasyAntiCheat folder and repair the game on Steam. Done!
I have the same problem, and that didn't fix it for me, as for many others.
