I got a pack that needed to be reedemed before 72 hours passand I cannot find it

Hello guys I just hit lvl 25 I think and I got a pop up saying I got a congrats pack or something along the lines and that I needed to claim it before 3 days pass, however when I clicked reclaim it got bugged and and I had to exit game, now I cannot seem to find where to reedeem this as it was just a pop up window please help!
