Voice Chat: Unavailable (Crossed out with RED EXCLAMATION MARK)

Looking for some assistance with figuring out what is wrong with the in game voice chat. In setting > sound > voice chat: Voice Chat Activation Status is enabled / Method always on.

When I click enter (chat) on the right, the Voice chat icon shows: Voice Chat: Unavailable (Crossed out with RED EXCLAMATION MARK)

What is the fix to correct this? Its been like this since I started the game so I can hear voices in game.

Same problem. ...also regular text chat not working either... everything was fine until about an hour ago. Now I'm trying to finish a dungeon run and can't send nor receive anything :-/

Same problem here, cant use ANY chat now and the headset is marked unavailable. I have tried reaching out to support, they send me to the Discord, I get to the Discord and the Bug channel doesnt allow you to post (Yes I checked all the boxes to gain access, still didnt let me post in Bugs).

Please look into the voice chat unavailable issue even tho enabled
