How to move skill bar tooltip position?
I know I can disable skillbar ability and spell tooltips in combat, but how do I move the tooltip anchor/position?
I want my tooltips all to appear at the bottom right of the screen.
Is it even an option?

Just found how to do it, settings, interface, tooltip, don't show while combat or dont show at all!
