В любом регионе игра ставится через командную строку или ссылку на стимДБ, а потом спокойно играется либо напрямую, либо через какой-нибудь лагофаст, гирап или любой другой впн

That the game is blocked in your country has mostly to do with your goverment and laws. Why would any dev and/or publisher block pos. customers? When they don't get the rights to publish the game in one specific country, so they can't sell there product there.

Nuh uh it's publisher devs and their country problems if they want they will block game in 170+ regions countries like Sony did it's the same this dumbass people like Japan like EXCLUSIVE games in 30 fps ♥♥♥♥ like PSN ♥♥♥♥ etc
