Fixing Easy Face Maker on your own.

It's great that the devs have acknowledged that the custom character export and import, as well as the Easy Face Maker features don't work. But there's no telling when they're gonna fix it. Besides, there already was a major bug-fixing patch that didn't address this issue.

And I really wanna make a unique character, or at least import my old character from the Korean release.

So, does anyone know how to fix this damn thing? There has to be a workaround of some kind.

Second for this, after the hotfix the game still can't access the "my files" button and the QR code method is still horribly bugged, basically it works only when it feels like it

I made a pretty ugly character that I later realized had flaws, since then I don't want to play until they fix that, but it seems like it's impossible.

For me, Easy Face Maker no longer has the file upload option button, but does have the QR code. Fine, but that now gives the dread "403 Forbidden" error message of doom. Some sort of <ahem> feedback from the devs would be nice, as they are clearly working on this feature.

As I am all about character creation/fashion, this is keeping me from putting much time into what otherwise seems a pretty good game.

In update 1.3.0. patchnotes they said that they removed / "deleted" the option to upload and share custom characters as they're working on improving the feature.

Temporarily disabled the ability to attach file uploads in character customization or support requests while we improve the file attachment functionality."

What fixed it for me is to crop your picture to 1:1 and upload using edge browser.

Anything else wasn't working at all.
