I got banned for using MSI Afterburner to see my fps

The game in the city goes so bad for my cpu so I was seeing diffent configurations when I went to open MSI Afterburner when I got baned by easy anty chat.. wtf, what do I do now?

You can try to reach out to the developers through their official channels but I doubt this is actually what happened. I've used Afterburner's OSD since advanced access with no warning or ban.

I've also never heard of EAC banning anyone for using an OSD.

Using MSI Afterburner myself and haven't been banned, nor in any other game i played with EAC. I don't think MSI Afterburner is the reason for your ban

The anti cheat does not know the app you have hooked into the game. but I doubt that is it. And obviously they don't tell you so your just guessing. However I always have Afterburner running and I have never had that happen in any game.

You can log back in after a few minutes, Shroud got the same popup on stream and I did get the same thing trying to delete someone from my friend list. I was able to log back in after closing the game.

Hopefully yours is the same as the other people who got this message.

Lol I have Afterburner on since the first second and never got a ban. You have probably "tested" some bot software. These are recognized quite quickly.
