Requesting one true Australian Server!

Once again I’m requesting one true Australian Server to be in the JP/Oceania region.

This game is great, visually stunning, great combat, it’s fun but honestly what is ruining the game not just for me but I know a lot of Oceania players is the god awful ping connecting to Japan.

Honestly this alone is going to drive a lot of players away due to having poor ping in a game essentially created for fast reaction times.

I’m trying Exitlag currently and it bring my ping down to 103ms, which helped but it still feels bad at times.

PvP without some vpn is pretty much impossible, even the constant rubber banding, failing to hook, flying is bad due to ping.

PvE can be a struggle too especially blocking mechanics.

Not to mention creating issues with a language barrier between players is getting frustrating and splitting the community over several servers seems bad.

There is more then enough Oceanic players to warrant atleast one, that’s all I’m asking one server to be allocated in Australia and bring our community together.

We shouldn’t be spread over multiple servers , it’s more annoying they call the region JP/Oceania yet all the servers are located in Tokyo, might aswell just have the region called Japan.

TLDR: ping is crap connecting to Tokyo, it’s ruining the experience in a great mmo, bring one server in Australia, bring the community together to play with good ping, seriously give us 2 free Transfers to move to the server!.

As an Aussie gamer, I haven't spent a cent and never will, with TOL free to lag to Japan. :)

I doubt there are any EU servers, the fact they patch them in US time is SUS.

I think you're asking for quite a lot for a game that just launched a month & a half ago.

NZ -> Japan, 11 hours flight time, non-stop;
NZ -> USA, 8:30 hours flight time, non-stop;
NZ -> SA, 11 hours flight time, non-stop;

and obviously some of these will change when departing from Australia, but really.. to bundle AU & NZ with Japan is just as crazy as putting us with South America.. and truth to be told, at least we would have a chance to read Latin-American languages.

perhaps AU gets a lower latency using AJC cable, but if you are routed anywhere else is best to connect to USW servers.. as for NZ, going to California using SCCN is better than going to JPN via AU.

it's just the irony not to say the lunacy of saying Australia and New Zealand is within a "region" that is as far away as North America or South America.. - pretty sure some Korean is laughing really hard about it.

I agree, want a oce server bad. I have invested a bit of time in this game and PvP can be so ♥♥♥♥ at times when so far behind

Better have a SEA region just like Black Desert. Japan/OCEA is unplayable and the lag is terrible especially during Peace world boss. This game is not a BDO killer, but a gaming experience killer.

Also they should fix the problem of log in loop or stuck in character selection screen. I dont have problems with other MMO's. Just this game is like 5/10 rating for me.

Waiting on Australian servers, so annoying at the moment. Can’t do world bosses, arena is sometimes unbearable being so far behind. Can’t do castle siege, they need Australian servers or will lose a huge number of players over here

Any solutions after they combined the servers? the JP Oce now have: Sunstorm, Amethyst, Titanspine, maybe there is a one best suit Australian?
