transfering item issue

Hello lads hope you dont have my issue. I have a blu item 0 level and i wanna transfer my level 6 green item to the blue one ok? everytime i put my blue for transfer im not able to pick my level 6 green item to transfer it. Same problem with weapons and armors.... WTF man! any advise?

In your Char-Window, you have in the middle on the bottom 3 Numbers for your Equip-Roles (Tank/Heal/DPS etc).
The Item must be un-equipped in all 3 Roles.

i can transfer just belt. Other items are impossible to do it. What the hell?!?!?

It was good enough for me to understand what you meant and it fixed my issue!

Anyone reading this make sure your items are unequipped from all Equipment and Stat Sets.
Go to Character Info, middle bottom of screen, there are 3 in total.

Ive been having this issue since launch but found something that helped. There is a tab under character screen beside the "Hide equipped items" box. Check the box, "Unequip all items". It worked for me. Hope this helps you

yes finally! the problem was the freaking set that i have set up before. True YOU HAVE TO CHECK "UNEQUIP ALL ITEM", then it works

Experimented by making a new blue weapon and tried to export XP into that one with my L6green- Worked!
Not sure yet but thinking maybe I had already added a single green and you can only transfer "once"?

It seems it a bug, because I made sure the item was unequipped everywhere. It did worked once I tried this. Much thanks for the help!

Make sure you unequip the item in all 3 sets (character info screen, bottom mid)

Still not working for me... unequipped all items from all 3 sets, put both weapons in inventory and put them back ... nothing is working ACK!

Just bought a green crossbow from the vendor and leveled it up to 6 for the sole purpose of pumping that xp into a blue. It allowed me to level the green, but now does not show in the screen to transfer. All items have been unequipped including armor/weapons/accessories.
