transfering item issue

Hello lads hope you dont have my issue. I have a blu item 0 level and i wanna transfer my level 6 green item to the blue one ok? everytime i put my blue for transfer im not able to pick my level 6 green item to transfer it. Same problem with weapons and armors.... WTF man! any advise?

If they're different armor class like (cloth/leather/iron) you can't transfer

if you wear it, u have to put it into the inventory first, otherwise its invisible.

dont think this is accurate, i transferred yesterday while it was equipped and worked

very strange... I transferred all my equipment like that and I never had a problem, only when I constantly forgot to unlock the item first.
