Twitch drops bugged?
They don't seem to work and there are lots of reddit threads concerning it.

Please fix.

It is on their "Known Issues" list... they say they will distribute Twitch drops next week

Enabling Steam Overlay helped me receiving the drops into the shop storage. I don't know why it needs it and why it was off by default for this game only when it needs it...feels like a clown fest.
