Open the map by pressing M, and then click on the location you want to see quests of on the left. Then press the star icon at the top right of the quests to Favorite them, adding them to your quest bar.
OR
Open Codex by pressing J, choose Exploration, and then choose locations you want to see quests of, and then press on the star icon on the top right of the quests to Favorite them, pinning them to your quest bar.
I want to find the missing quests how do I do this ?
They do not appear anywhere in the above 3 options.
QUESTS are location based, if your there Quest for another place won't show on screen so do what the above poster said.
From your question i thought you meant you've finished 1 out of 3 quests in Golden Rye Pasture, and wanted to know how to see the other 2 you haven't done.
Also - yes, you do get a small reward for finishing all the side quests in an area. You can see it on the right in Codex (J) after clicking on a location.
