Can you recover a character's name after deleting it?
I deleted my first character but i'm unable to use the same name again

From what I was informed you can't use the same name again which is wildly bizarre when other MMOs make unused names available again

I just tried and it worked for me on an alt. Tempted to try again now with another alt to double verify.

You cant. Which is the stupidest thing they could have done. You could request an undeleting of that character to get your name back then get a character look change ticket to change your appearance.

This is what I am doing. I want my damn name but hated the way I looked and thought I could just delete and remake but noooOOooooooOoOooo. SO I have a ticket in to undelete and then will find and use an in game character ticket.

No need to get hostile. Tried again - as I said I would - and this time it didn't work. I know it's the same name, so I guess one of the letters was capitalized the first time - or - it's not been enough time. (First time I waited 24 hours, not just 1 hour). There had also been a maintenance inbetween the first time.
