help, stuck at loading screen

Can someone give me an advice that worked for him/ her / them please? My laptop is running this just fine ! but my gfs computer is stuck at loading screen and we want to play togheter. Tryed a lot of youtube fixes and it did not worked out. Who can help with something that worked? Administrator fix didnt work, reinstall no, check integrity files no, for some wierd reason i try to set her game to real time priority and the system doesnt let me even if i did changes the premissions ! so, someone please help, wanna play togheter with my gf !

When you put the task manager it says that it does not respond and at the same time the sound mixer is a fault I think

I am having the same problem. The game starts but it keeps stuck in the load screen forever.
I´ve tryed every single thing I´ve found to solve it: disable wind def, admin perm, repair files, virtual mem, vc redist, direx 11, 12... and nothing.

The only thing i´ve noticed is a problem with easy anty cheat. Even changing this service to start automatically it doesn´t run, and if I force it to open in services screen it keeps giving code 87 (incorrect parameter). If i try to run the .exe does nothing and the same if i repair the file or delete and reinstall.

If it helps, I have noticed that anti easy cheat service route is not the the game´s folder were the EAC setup exe is (with other files). It is just located in program file (x86) with just another file. Maybe route is not correct (cannot modify it) or instalation is not done correctly for any reason.

I reached out to the support team and got the respons that the problem is on their part and that they are trying to fix it so just wait. Its been 3 hard days of waiting and still waiting for a patch but we shall endure

Hi, for me the only things working is to delete the folder save here: C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\TL

I have like 50+ hours played according to Steam but for real that's less than half because half of it were either black screens or me in game waiting for the world to load around me or trying to open the menu.

sometimes when the game crashes during different circumstances, i have to reboot the computer or the launcher screen is either black or it displays message disconnect etc.

so try to reboot computer if you crash and or get stuck screen

okay guys i fixed this i'll tell you what i did.

1st : i closed steam & updated my nividia graphics driver.

2nd : i updated windows.

3rd : I restarted the PC.

4th : i went to steam library, right click on the game, properties, installed files, browse, TL, Binaries, Win64, right click on TL ( Game launcher icon ) & properties, compatiblity, check the " Run this program as administrator " , Apply & Ok, start game normally from steam and it opened.

note : i tried opening it by right clicking TL launcher icon and run as administrator at first it did not open, i had to go through properties and manually check the run as adminstrator then run game through steam.
