help, stuck at loading screen

Can someone give me an advice that worked for him/ her / them please? My laptop is running this just fine ! but my gfs computer is stuck at loading screen and we want to play togheter. Tryed a lot of youtube fixes and it did not worked out. Who can help with something that worked? Administrator fix didnt work, reinstall no, check integrity files no, for some wierd reason i try to set her game to real time priority and the system doesnt let me even if i did changes the premissions ! so, someone please help, wanna play togheter with my gf !

Did u update the video card driver?

same here cannot launch the game. latest driver and windows update and verify and restarted pc.

i tryed way more then I sayd in the above but to tired to even think about it lol.

i had the same issue but after i updated my graphics drivers though nvidia geforce experience it worked right afterwards

were you able to figure it out I am having the same problem but on the first loading screen after launching

I have the same problem but it does work after letting it run for 30 minutes or so. At first it stays on the whale with logo and then again on the loading screen before the main menu. After that it runs fine.

maybe i will try to let it on for more then, but in the manager it says not responding...

i am having the same issue. game launches first screen when you press enter enter greys out and it just stays on that screen indefinitely. window and graphics card updated. i have tried 7 different fixes including launching the game in different ways -dx11, -dx12 tried launching from folder itself and running as admin. changed properties ect... no fixes yet. was in contact with amazon support they told me to log out of steam and clear donwload cache that did not work either.

same... i dont know how it can be like that for 5 days and still not fixed

I Have Fing 10 hours of play just on this ♥♥♥♥ and I dont know what should I do for it I even re-installed the game nothing happend

its a network problem , try using a vpn. my friend had this problem and it got fixed with a vpn
and dont use any weird dns . use 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 (google)
