Question about armor buff

If i don't have any skills that use stun, but i get a piece of gear gloves that has ( stun chance 75 ).
would stun still proc during any spell attack or would it only increase a stun chance if i had a stun skill?

No it will do nothing if you dont have a skill that uses it.. As your ' base stun ' chance using any of those abilities would be ' zero '.. as they lack it.. if you are bored, check out the STAT bonus's.. you can hold alt.. an see a deeper dive.. Each point of perception affects ' CC ' stats.. so everything is set to 50.. but that only works on the skills that use that stat.. Otherwise every hit you make would ' sleep , stun , weaken '.. etc.. etc.. as each is at 50.. =)
