Rain setting...?

So i recently figured out there is higher drop rates for certain items when its raining, logged in today and the only reason i knew it was raining is cuz i had the "wet" buff/debuff blue box appear on me, i could hardly see it until i looked up right into the sky.

Does anyone know if theres any setting to make it more visible? Or imma just have to keep an eye out for that "wet" buff/debuff blue box.

if you goto world map and zoom out you can see a symbol in the centre of laslan and stonegard that shows day/night and the weather.

Also after restoring to default i see the droplets at the top of screen, makes it much easier to tell... Dunno what setting i messed with that messed that up tho...

Maybe that's a graphic settings thing. I see it every time its raining.
