How to check which server is low populated

Hi anyone know how to check which server is not so overcrouded ? I picked Cornelius but getting there after work time is difficult, need to wait over 30min just to get in, not mention it disconnets very often. I would love to switch server to one which is not overcrouded but I do not know how to check it. I only have this URL https://www.playthroneandliberty.com/en-us/support/server-status
but it not says how many active people are are registered there.

The servers have colors on them indicating which ones are populated or not. Green is low, Orange is medium, Red is high, and the lock means it's locked player creation. Good luck trying to get into Benediction since it's the same name as a popular world of warcraft server and people instantly flocked to it.
