ABYSSAL CONTRACTS NOT WORKING

So I was able to activate the contracts for Shadowed Crypt JUST fine. For some reason, everything else tells me I don't have the region open even though I 100% have every waypoint open and am level 50. I've been searching for a fix for the past 5-7 hours and NO ONE in game or on Reddit helps me. Can someone please explain why I'm unable to activate contracts for other world dungeons I KNOW I have open? Am I the only one with 27 contracts for Syleus' Abyss?

Still haven't been able to figure it out.. Been 8 hours now and I don't understand why I can't use my Abyssal Contracts for Syleus's Abyss.. Not ONE person can explain it.

If you're talking about not being able to do contracts for Syleus's Abyss, Sanctum of Desire and Saurodoma Island its all time gated and we haven't unlocked yet. So (for example) if you're level 50 you are required to have access to Syleus Abyss's 5th floor which we currently haven't unlocked the milestone for.

It's actually good design. It's designed to keep the no lifers from sprinting ahead of everyone and doing content before people have even had a chance to do the earlier content. It also ensures PVP events actually have people at them by unlocking things in stages, giving guilds time to do content sequentially. For people with jobs and lives, this is necessary to keep a semblance of population up. If they allowed people to do whatever content, someone would for sure be farming floor 6 on day 1 and the players would be spread too thin across the vast world. That'll still happen but only after all the events that keep them together for now.
