I don't understand why you need to pay even if you just want to change hair, beard, hair color... even games like Once Human allows you to at least change hair style and color for free, it's when you change facial structure, eye color and such you need their special token.

Because it's F2P. Play a Subscription base game to have those things free.

Its just normal. In Blade & Soul I had to pay 10€ just to make my character bigger cuz the greatsword was to big for her and stuck in the floor O.o
