Game won't launch | Account authorization error 1018

Who can help witch account authorization error 1018 ?
I hear a voice that also say "Languag not supported"(?)
I have windows 11 in english language

I have been getting error 1018 as well. I switched to my phone hotspot and now I am able to play, so it must have something to do with my network. I haven't been able to figure out what yet. Could have something to do with router settings.

Try switching to a different internet if possible and see if that fixes it.

Just a heads up I use two different internet sources. A cable modem and a tmobile cell modem. When I disconnected the tmobile cell modem I use for back up (in case I get disconnected in games exitlag uses the second connection to take over) and the game would let me log in without this error.

So I think I just fixed it. Try opening command prompt as admin and run the following commands:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
For whatever reason, doing this fixed it for me.

I had the same issue. When I have opend a hotspot with my mobil it suddenly worked! So I checked DNS settings and switched from 1.1.1.1 to the default of my ISP and it worked! So I assume it might have something to do with 1.1.1.1 DNS of Cloudflare? I hope this helps.

I just had this error and it was resolved by restarting the router :D I hope it helps.

the issue is still out there and the company doeas nothing to fix it ridiculous. im very dissapointed with the game and the support.
