Missing Items from Celebration Package - Gold & Silver

I bought the Celebration Package - Gold & Silver. I recieved only luscent but not receive the Items.. outfits, morphs amotii. I bought the packs aprox 3 hours ago.

it seems that everyone who purchased a pack on October 3 only receives the Lucent but not the reward items

The whole system is buggy since the last update.
There is nothing that appears in the store's storage chest only:
“No purchase history”.

In the same way that the game makes Luncentes disappear and appear randomly...
I go from 1225 Lucent to 25 Lucent, every 10 minutes
