Do not buy anything ingame devs are scammers
1 days after i order battlepass and levelingpass, the do a update and lost my full account, they refuse to fix it or even refund both passes and are hiding behind there tos. While they are the onces that screwed everything up.

I am reporting them to paypal and steam for stealing.

Throne and Liberty purchases are nonrefundable, including in-game purchases made through your Steam wallet. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Well he lost his "account" which i assume translates into "his character got deleted". The Battlepass is character bound. Not sure about leveling pass tho.

So be aware that when you delete a character the Pass is gone aswell and you need a new one for your new character.

idk i got battlepass and level pass free pretty much after my AH sales, This is a rare issue not likely to happen to anyone again and id suggest checking the other servers maybe you got put on a different server and just dont see your character.

buuut if you deleted your character and have regrets now thatson you

Call your bank and tell them what happened.

Call your bank and tell them what happened.
if you charge back from your bank steam will probably ban your account.

he most probably just deleted his character and didn't know the battlepass is character bound and now looks for an excuse.
Actually there is not a single case where someone lost his account with any update at this game, mainly because there was no backend update at all, only game updates.... which means there was no single change to the storaged data about accounts.

Report them to the BBB, and the secretary AG. Just because it says something in the ToS does not mean they are immune to action when blatant theft occurs

If you are in EU, your local laws may override amazon's eula. Try to find amazon EU contact, not a us one. Though, I believe Steam may help you here.
