venelux scholar's robes

Hi guys, I got a question, I am looking for a costume : “venelux scholar's robes”
It is the robe that wears NPC: Clay in the storyline.
I can´t find it anywhere. Didn´t find any clue on any forum, reddit, nothing.
I saw it once on lvl 20, but I didnť catch him or remember his name.
If anyone has seen it or heard about or smth pls let me know.

idk if you found it yet but its a code/reward to people playing on Xbox via gamepass or something like that

It is exclusive to players of PlayStation. It can be purchased for free at the sony store.

Yeah i've been in contact with their customer service regarding this as there's an exclusive skin to xbox games pass ultimate (the robes) but apparently it can only be redeemed if you play on Xbox, not steam. So it looks like Steam users are crap out of luck... Which is extremely disappointing if i'm honest.
