Can't get past Throne and Liberty splash screen

[Wanted]

The game opens and shortly after passing the company brands (NC and others), this screen appears with a triangle logo rotating in the infinite bottom right corner. Recently formatted PC, updated drivers, etc. Many people have this but no one has a solution. Can anyone help? The company doesn't even take a position. Thanks to anyone who knows how to solve it.

EA never had those issues but if you are having problems with your pc. Get a console

I manually entered another dns servers and it worked. Also, if you are not staying ATM in TL supported country, it will hang there, although your account added it.

Yeah, playing on a PC on the East coast of America. Shouldn't be a zone issue but I feel like the server isn't letting me connect to the log in server for some reason.
At this point im beginning to feel like the best choice is to completely ignore the game for 4-5 days and come back to see if they have fixed the horrendous launch.

Usually wait between 15 minutes and 2 hours. haven't had any luck yet

Did you try restarting steam? this worked for me after error code 1080 after splash screen.

I finally got in and the game acted like I had never made a character. Concerning.

Same on Wife's PC, her toon seems to be gone. We have tested internet connectivity, this is no doubt an issue with the servers? I played 6 hours today no problem before an hour ago.

this just happened to me now as well. i checked the game files in steam, all files have a initial date install and my character info is gone.

Same experience for me. Additionally, before the game splash screen, I get a Windows formatted prompt...in KOREAN...that I must "OK" before proceeding to allow the game to launch.
I have a feeling this version on Steam is a pirated/hacked copy and as such I will be removing it from my PC.

I having same issue myself. Was playing fine and then just crashed. after about 3-4 mins an error code (#00000022) game security error popped up, and now cant' get it to even boot to character screen. Is there any fix for this issue in the works ??
