Guild registration broken

I've picked out several good names for a guild that the game said was available until I tried to create it and suddenly it says "This guild name is already in use.". Another name said it was already taken, but when searching the name on the roster, the guild doesn't actually exist.

Please fix.

There nothing to fix. The taken names are from ALL servers in the game same as character names rather than server bound.

So if someone has a guild name you want on another server you cant have it on your server.

That's precisely something to fix. Otherwise characters shouldn't be locked to one specific server.

And when you delete the guild on one server and try to create it on another and it says the name is already in use?

Then the devs need to fix this ASAP as it isn't supposed to be like that

I understand why guild names have to be unique for cross-server guild PvP, but at least allow players find out if a guild name is taken on another server, and if so, which server it's registered on. We should also be able to search for cross-server guilds.

Yes! It's a huge problem for us as well, we swapped servers, disbanded guild and now we are f*ed

Same problem. Im trying to make a guild with my group name I use whereever I can, its available, then its already in use.

yeah this sucks disbanded my guild to switch servers, said the name was in use, found something online saying it stays in their systems for a months till they refresh it, then i could possibly use it again, been a month and I've tried everyday without fail. It's been a few days past a month now and still trying but it feels hopeless lol
