Eternally pressing Enter

WHen i start the game, there is purple mark on enter

i press enter, and for about 10 seconds, the enter button is greyd out

and after that the enter button is purple again and im back on same loop

And then a "Error" pops up for a microsecond and you can't even see what is says lmao.

Exiting Steam, and Running Stream as Administrator fixed this for me.
