Not every server, just all the ones your friends are playing on. Stupid move by the developers IMO.

unfortunately throne and liberty doesnt have a few days with other games coming out, wont be a point to getting into it d4 right around the corner oh well prolly saved money cuz i like to gamba

No need to wait that long. Couple of hours until they set up new servers. Was the same during EU peak hours, all servers instantly filled up. Around midnight all but two servers were clear for creation again because people went to bed and new fresh servers were opened.
