Text to Voice main menu
How do we turn this ♥♥♥♥ off?? I have text-to-voice off in the menu and at 0% master volume, it's still on. WTF is going on???

LOL yes that was annoying but it went away after the first setup

I've gone through the first set up. Have about 5 hours into the game, but it's still turned on even after relaunching. And Nvidia Frame Generation also won't turn on even in DX12 mode. :(( Big sad, but not a turn off to this good-so-far game.

Found the setting to turn off the main menu text-to-speech. Thank god. And for some reason HDR disables Frame Gen LMAO. Never seen that before.
