Open Notepad
Open Steam Library
Right-Click Throne and Liberty
Click "Manage"
Click "Browse Local Files"
Open "EasyAntiCheat" folder
HOLD SHIFT and Right-Click "EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe"
Select "Copy as Path"
Paste path into Notepad
After the path, type “install 58dec5a58e8f4ce6beca223311f65b4c”
Example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Throne and Liberty\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe" install 58dec5a58e8f4ce6beca223311f65b4c
Win Key + R to open Run prompt
Paste FULL path + command as shown above in the example.
If prompted, select "Yes".

I tried this as well as a reinstall and file verification. The problem persisted until I unloaded an auto hot key script that I load by default for work. It doesn't do anything for the game so I don't think it matters if it's actively being accessed or not, but when I unloaded it from the system tray I stopped getting kicked. I can't say it isn't a coincidence, I'm just one person, but it made the difference for me.

i can only think of easy anticheat scanning active processes and raising warnings for a lot of processes that are not tied to TaL and flagging it as suspicious, that is ultimately the issue on their side and not the user, they need to fix this

This fix has worked for many myself included, but apparently there is a new issue and i dont have an updated fix yet, try searching reddit

I did that and now I have a watermark on 4 sides of my screen. 3 sides say my user name and the fourth says "Confidential - DO NOT SHARE" in big bold red letters. This is annoying as ♥♥♥♥. How do I get rid of that watermark?

I have exactly the same issue, the game ran fine first few weeks playing, then constant crashes, now this new thing in game "CONFIDENTIAL - DO NOT SHARE" and my username in 3 places inside the game screen. Think i'm going to find a different game. cya all
